"We use Emberlyn's for our staff canteen twice a week now. Before them we had a different caterer every month because nobody was happy. The thing that won me over wasn't even the food — it was the consistency. Tuesday lunch tastes the same in February as it did in October. That sounds like a small thing until you've been in my position. They also just quietly fix things. I once complained about the peppered fish portion and the next week every pack had extra without me saying anything else."
"I ordered the Grand Platter for my mum's 60th birthday — 87 guests, indoor venue, last Saturday in November. I was terrified. Adaeze from Emberlyn's called me two days before to confirm the setup time, then again the morning of. They arrived an hour early to set up, brought their own serving trays and tongs, and one of the staff stayed behind to help my mum cut her cake. My mum cried. Not because of the cake. I've already booked them for my sister's wedding in March."
